A healthy diet is as important for animals as it is for humans. That’s why we process all our ingredients as quickly as possible to preserve their freshness and vitamins – a philosophy we’ve been following for 20 years. We source our meat and other ingredients almost exclusively from local producers and ensure meat, in particular, is not transported over long distances. Our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities feature proprietary cooking programmes for a particularly gentle production process that near-perfectly preserves the healthy ingredients.
What makes a good product
Packaging and contents aligned
A good product is characterised by a high proportion of meat and exclusively natural ingredients. We avoid artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives and ensure a balanced nutritional profile. Our high-quality manufacturing process and incorporation of individual needs make our product quality unique.
We ensure:
- Low proportion of ashes or fibres
- No animal or bone meal
- Low or moderate levels of phosphorus
- No added sugar
- A balanced proportion of protein to fat and calcium to phosphorus
- Visible contents

Gently processing all our ingredients guarantees the freshness of our products. Our modern production facilities are designed to offer a gentle cooking process that preserves as many vitamins as possible.
What makes our products special:
- Our recipes are custom.
- Recipes are developed in line with FEDIAF guidelines.
- We don’t use any powders: fruit and vegetables are visible in the food.
- The size of the chunks can be customised by adjusting the perforated discs.
- Whether vegan, vegetarian or with insects: we use new or alternative protein sources.
- We’re happy to cater to diets or low-purine regimes.
- We can use high-quality grains if the customer requests this.
- We don’t use any colourings in our food.
- We make identical recipes in different packaging.
